What sets Genie apart

- A rod kept clean and lubricated as Genie specifies, or a belt drive where corrosion keeps returning.
- Check interval
- Test the door's safety reverse at least once every four weeks: lay a 1½-inch-thick piece of wood flat on the floor at the center of the door and close it.
